Subscriptions are month to month.
How many days count as a month?
A month counts as a 30-calendar days.
Are there any other fees aside of the fee per job?
There are NO HIDDEN FEES, such as boosting fee, visibility fee, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When will my card or account be charged?
Your payment method on file will be charged after the FREE TRIAL ends, counting the sign-up day toward the total amount of free trial days (for example: if the free trial is 3-days, that means you have the following days free: the day of signing-up and two more days; if signing-up on July 26th, the free trial ends on July 28th and the card will be charged for July 29th).
Can I add more jobs?
Yes. You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at anytime to a higher or lower subscription tier.
How can I cancel my subscription?
1. User needs to access the Platform at www.zevixjobs.com
2. Sign in with valid email and password.
3. Click on their profile name to display the menu options.
4. Click on “Subscription”.
5. On the bottom left, click on “click here” after the statement “Are you looking to cancel your subscription? Click here."
6. Click “Yes, Cancel” on the pop up to confirm cancellation.
